About Joyce Development
Joyce Development is a property owner and manager with over 13 years experience in residential and mixed-use properties in the Northeast and Pacific Northwest. Joyce Development seeks undervalued properties in excellent locations and leverages market inefficiencies to acquire, develop, manage, and/or exit as appropriate. Over the past five years, Joyce Development has purchased and rehabbed four residential apartment complexes for resale, each as luxury condominiums.
Joyce Development is owned and operated by Dennis Joyce. Mr. Joyce is a licensed real estate salesperson and construction supervisor in Massachusetts. He has worked in real estate management since his early teens, handling the rent rolls and billing, and even general upkeep of family real estate holdings. He has managed construction teams in the rehab of smaller developments and is capable of properly communicating the owner’s vision to all members of the project team. Mr. Joyce is a member of the United States Green Building Council (U.S.G.B.C) and the Master Builders Association of Pierce County. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance, 2003) from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame (History, 1998).
